These terms apply when you use khairclo.co.uk or purchase products from KHAIR CLO. Please read them before placing an order.

KHAIR CLO operates this online store from 28 Livingstone Road, Blackburn, England, BB2 6NF, United Kingdom. You can contact us at team@khairclo.co.uk. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary between screens, and handmade or garment-dyed products may have minor variations. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and include applicable UK taxes where required. Delivery charges, duties or other charges that apply to an order will be shown before payment where we collect them. Payment must be authorised through one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We will send an order acknowledgement, but acceptance takes place when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept the order. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information contains a material error, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected, or purchase limits have been exceeded. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it.

Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes may have additional conditions and expiry dates. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. We may withdraw a promotion where it has been misused or published in error, without affecting orders already accepted.

The KHAIR name, logos, artwork, product photography, graphics, text and other website content are owned by or licensed to KHAIR CLO and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit this content without prior written permission.
