Shipping and delivery

United Kingdom delivery

We offer free UK delivery with no minimum spend. Our estimated delivery time for in-stock UK orders is 2–3 working days. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. During collection launches, sales, severe weather or carrier disruption, orders can take longer. We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay.

Order confirmation and tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address supplied at checkout. Where tracking is available, we will send tracking details after dispatch. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

International delivery

Available international delivery services and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Unless checkout specifically states that duties and taxes are included, international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Customs processing may delay delivery.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact team@khairclo.co.uk immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfilment.

Pre-orders and limited releases

If a product is sold on a pre-order basis, its expected dispatch timing will be shown on the product page. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock products may be dispatched together when the pre-order item becomes available unless we tell you otherwise.

Missing, delayed or damaged orders

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, first check with household members, neighbours and any nominated safe place. If the order remains missing, or arrives damaged, contact us promptly at team@khairclo.co.uk with your order number.
